My career has spanned more than four decades across Construction and Property. Beginning on the tools at 15 provided a practical foundation, followed by decades across Residential Building, Commercial Construction, Property Development and Property Management.
I have been involved at every stage of the project lifecycle, from estimating, contracts, construction and delivery through to feasibility, approvals, finance, development, sales, marketing and ownership. This breadth of experience gives me a unique understanding of the entire project lifecycle, including how each decision affects the next, how people and relationships influence delivery and how every element ultimately shapes the commercial outcome.
